• Enhanced collaboration: Communicate and work with your accounting team more easily—right inside QuickBooks.

New QuickBooks Online Pricing

As part of these product enhancements, Intuit has announced upcoming price adjustments to reflect the added value and innovation being introduced.

The new standard prices will roll out on the following schedule:

For New Clients

Starting November 13, 2025, all new QuickBooks Online subscriptions will move to the updated pricing:

• EasyStart: $30/month

• Essentials: $70/month

• Plus: $110/month

• Advanced: $220/month

For Existing Clients

If you’re already using QuickBooks Online, there’s no immediate change.

• You’ll gain access to the new, improved QuickBooks experience starting November 13, 2025, at no additional cost.

• The new pricing for existing subscriptions will take effect in May 2026.

This means you’ll have several months to explore all the new features before any price changes take place.

QuickBooks Online Payroll Updates

QuickBooks Online Payroll is also being enhanced to offer more flexibility and efficiency. Over the past year, features like bulk actions, paycheque corrections, and advanced pay type customization have made payroll management smoother than ever. Even more useful updates—such as contractor payment tools and improved year-end form editing—are on the way.

To reflect these ongoing improvements, Intuit will update the standard pricing for Payroll as of January 7, 2026:

While these are the new full list prices set by Intuit, we’re pleased to confirm that our clients will continue to receive exclusive discounted rates through our firm’s billing program.

If your QuickBooks subscription is billed through First Richvale Corp., you’ll still benefit from preferred pricing well below standard rates.
