1. Eligibility

• This discount is available to actively licensed / certified or employed healthcare providers (including but not limited to: Physicians and Surgeons, Registered Nurses (RN), Registered Practical Nurses (RPN), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Personal Support Workers (PSW), Midwives, Physician Assistants, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Technologists, Denturists, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Audiologists, Medical Laboratory Technologists, Medical Radiation Technologists, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Optometrists, Opticians, Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Dietitians, Respiratory Therapists, Paramedics, Kinesiologists, Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists, Naturopathic Doctors, Veterinarians, Other licensed healthcare professionals) and their family members (including their spouse or partner, parents, and dependent children).

2. Discount Details

• The discount applies to all personal, self-employed, and corporate income tax and bookkeeping services provided by First Richvale Corp.
• A 10% (ten percent) discount will be applied to services rendered during the first year of eligibility.
• A 5% (five percent) discount will be applied to services rendered in subsequent years.
• The discount cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.

3. Duration of Discount

• The discount is valid as long as the healthcare provider remains actively licensed / certified or employed in a healthcare role.
• First Richvale Corp. reserves the right to verify active licensing / certification or employment status annually or upon request.

4. Verification Process

• Healthcare providers may be required to provide proof of active license / certificate or employment upon initial application for the discounted service and annually thereafter.
• Acceptable forms of verification include:
  • Copy of professional license / certification.
  • Employer-issued identification badge.
  • Official letter from employer.

5. Termination of Discount

• The discount may be terminated if:
  

   

  • The healthcare provider’s license / certification expires or is revoked.
  • The healthcare provider is no longer employed in a healthcare role.
  • The employee violates these terms and conditions, including but not limited to misuse of the discount or providing false information.
  • First Richvale Corp. discontinues the discount program.

6. Modification of Terms

• First Richvale Corp. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Updated terms and conditions will be posted on our website or communicated via email notification.

7. General Provisions

• This discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• First Richvale Corp. reserves the right to refuse or revoke the discount at its discretion.
• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
