1. Complete your account registration – If you haven’t done so yet, please create your account, and follow the link provided in our email to finalize your registration.
2. Log into your account – Use your credentials to access your account. For added security, we strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in the “Login Security” section of My Account. Please note that after the grace period stated in your account, 2FA will be mandatory.
3. Navigate to the “Submit T1 Service Form” section – This can be found under the “My Account” tab.
4. Fill out the form – Provide the required details, upload any available supporting documents, sign, and submit the form.
5. Review and follow-up – Once we receive your submission, we will review the information and get in touch with you accordingly.
