The Direct Funding Program is administered by the Centre for Independent Living in Toronto (CILT), in partnership with the Ontario Network of Independent Living Centres (ONILC). It is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health.

Support with new hires, employee setup, terminations, Records of Employment (ROEs), regular hours, public holiday pay, vacation pay, travel allowance, other approved payments, gross pay, net pay, source deductions, payroll summaries, and ongoing payroll administration support.
• CRA Payroll Remittance Support
Payroll deduction tracking, employer CPP and EI contribution summaries, CRA Statement of Account organization, and year-end T4 support.
• WSIB Reporting Support
Payroll information organization, earnings tracking, quarterly WSIB reporting support, and WSIB payment record organization.
• Direct Funding Reporting Support
Preparation of Self-Manager report information for review and approval, including payroll categories, supporting documents, report periods, and online reporting details.
