1. Eligibility

• This discount is available to all active CFOne Members and their immediate family members, including spouses or partners, parents, and dependent children.

2. Discount Details

• The discount applies to all personal income tax services provided by First Richvale Corp.
• The discount amount is 15% (fifteen percent).
• The discount cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.

3. Duration of Discount

• The discount is ongoing and remains valid as long as the individual maintains active CFOne membership.
• First Richvale Corp. reserves the right to verify CFOne membership status annually or upon request.

4. Verification Process

• CFOne Members may be asked to provide proof of membership when first applying for the discount and periodically thereafter.
• Acceptable forms of verification include:
  • A valid CFOne Card

5. Termination of Discount

• The discount may be terminated if:
  • The individual is no longer an active CFOne Member.
  • The individual violates these terms and conditions, including but not limited to misuse of the discount or providing false information.
  • First Richvale Corp. discontinues the discount program.

6. Modification of Terms

• First Richvale Corp. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Updated terms and conditions will be posted on our website or communicated via email notification.

7. General Provisions

• This discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• First Richvale Corp. reserves the right to refuse or revoke the discount at its discretion.
• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
